Session 6: Culture Test and Globalization Written Response
(9/13, 9/14)
Session 5: Globalization (9/11, 9/12) Text Triangulation/Close Read.
"Is globalization beneficial or detrimental to a society's culture?"
This will be the writing prompt on the test.
Students may utilize their texts and any pre-writing in their composition books on the written portion of the test.
Students MUST include the following in their written response:
1. State their position. (Students may not present "both" and we discourage "I think". They should state it as fact.)
2. Provide 2 clear reasons to substantiate their position.
3. Explain each reason using evidence from the text.
